Responsibilities
Do you want to be part of a team that supports United States European Command (USEUCOM)? Peraton is looking fora Continual Adaptation Lead that collaborates with the Government and program staff to provide leadership, oversight, and advisory support across Data, Optimization, Innovation, and Change activities and initiatives. You will be responsible for plans, designs, and leading expert-level optimization and automation, innovation, transformation, and organizational change initiatives to improve and upgrade USEUCOM processes, organizational structures, and capabilities providing new analytical techniques and methodologies, tools, and transformative solutions. Facilitates internalization of change within USEUCOM staff and across the CoPs/task areas to reduce uncertainty, increase benefit realization, enhance performance, and accelerate user adoption through the achievement of desired results and outcomes. Efforts include collaborating with USEUCOM staff/stakeholders and task leads to develop transformation strategy, facilitating creation of a culture of change, and implementation of process improvements/organizational change management that accelerate USEUCOM's ability to rapidly adopt new capabilities and adapt to the dynamic mission environment. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources. Makes sure that Peraton meets program deadlines, standards, and cost targets, providing overall quality assurance within the scope of transformation and organizational change.

Qualifications
Active TS/SCI
10+ years experience applying diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures and capability gaps.
Skills: MS Office Suite / MS Project
Certifications: PMP
Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
