We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to provide comprehensive hardware, software, and customer service support across a wide range of devices and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role with imaging and troubleshooting responsibilities

  • Licensure/Certifications: None specified

Preferred:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline

  • Experience: Experience supporting mobile devices, multifunction printers, and Audio Visual equipment; previous helpdesk or customer service experience

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications


Responsibilities

  • Install software and configure hardware across desktops, laptops, tablets, and toughbooks

  • Image systems using SCCM and troubleshoot imaging issues on various devices

  • Provide support for Windows 10, Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), and other company-standard applications

  • Assist with configuration and testing of VPN access using secure token identification

  • Support and troubleshoot connectivity issues, including Ethernet and TCP/IP

  • Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely communication and resolution

  • Install and configure core applications following deployment of base OS images

  • Establish internet access and email accounts as needed

  • Provide support for HP and OCE printers/plotters

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a diverse range of end users

  • Participate in on-call rotation as required

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically

  • Demonstrates urgency and ownership in resolving customer issues

  • Excellent listening skills and proactive communication style

  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively, while collaborating with a team

  • Desired: Experience with Audio Visual technologies
