Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle P2P Functional Consultant to support an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation project. The consultant will work closely with business users and technical teams to implement and support Oracle Cloud modules related to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Purchasing, Purchase Orders (PO), and Payroll integrations. This role involves requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and user training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of Oracle functional experience, with at least 2+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud.
Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud P2P modules, especially Purchasing and PO.
Experience integrating Procurement with Payroll or HRMS (e.g., payment of contractors, employee reimbursements).
Understanding of Oracle Financials modules such as Payables, Expenses, and General Ledger.
Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
