Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CCAI Dialogflow Developer with deep expertise in Dialogflow CX, Dialogflow Playbooks, and Agentic Conversational AI to design, build, and optimize intelligent virtual agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language understanding (NLU), multi-turn conversational design, and hands-on experience implementing advanced Google CCAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy conversational experiences using Dialogflow CX and Dialogflow Playbooks.
  • Create complex conversational flows with state management, context handling, and intent training.
  • Implement Agentic AI principles to design adaptive and intelligent virtual agents capable of proactive and goal-oriented conversations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient CCAI solutions.
  • Integrate Dialogflow with back-end APIs and external systems using webhooks and fulfillment.
  • Continuously optimize agent performance based on analytics, logs, and customer feedback.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX and Dialogflow Playbooks.
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and experience building agentic conversational systems.
  • Proficiency in designing robust NLU models, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic.
  • Experience integrating conversational bots with enterprise systems via APIs.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform - Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting (e.g., Python, Node.js) for custom webhook development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Cloud CCAI or Dialogflow certification.
  • Experience with Contact Center AI (CCAI) integrations (Genesys, Twilio, etc.).
  • Experience in using analytics tools to monitor and improve conversational performance.
  • Background in NLP/AI/ML-related domains is a plus.
