Key Responsibilities:
* Drive execution of large-scale carrier and platform integrations by aligning engineering, QA, and product stakeholders around clear requirements, timelines, and outcomes
* Define and enforce technical product standards including API documentation quality, data mapping consistency, and integration validation processes

* Partner with Architecture and Engineering leaders to identify technical dependencies, manage risk, and resolve delivery blockers early
* Lead structured design and readiness reviews to validate requirements before development and ensure smooth hand-offs across teams
* Support post-deployment quality through defect trend analysis, root cause reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain transparency to leadership through clear status reporting, risk tracking, and KPI measurement across technical programs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of product management or technical product ownership experience, preferably in digital platform, API, or integration programs
* Proven success leading multi-scrum team execution with complex dependencies in fast-paced environments
* Strong understanding of system architecture, data models, and API ecosystems
* Excellent documentation, analysis, and storytelling skills-able to translate business requirements into actionable technical scope
* Demonstrated leadership in mentoring PMTs and fostering consistency and quality across product documentation and execution
* Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries preferred
* Strong collaboration, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills; Confident presenting to senior leadership
