Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst for a contract assignment located in Tulsa. This is a technical role requiring a seasoned professional with at least five years of relevant experience. The IT Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and optimization of a disputes platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and translated into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, technical acumen, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Fraud Operations, IT, and Risk to elicit, capture, and document business and technical requirements for the disputes platform.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, workflows, and user stories to guide development and configuration teams.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal technology teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and project objectives.
  • Define and document integration points with existing enterprise systems, including core banking, case management, and fraud detection tools.
  • Support data mapping, workflow design, and the development of comprehensive reporting requirements to drive operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Facilitate requirement review sessions with stakeholders and maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and validation of system testing to confirm platform functionality against documented requirements and business expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support for project documentation, stakeholder communications, and process improvement initiatives related to the disputes platform.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, IT analysis, or a related technical discipline within the financial services or technology sector.
  • Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements for enterprise platforms or large-scale technology projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into clear functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
  • Experience collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors to deliver technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, data mapping, workflow design, and reporting requirements in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead requirement review sessions and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in supporting system testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities to ensure solution quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and maintaining documentation integrity throughout project lifecycles.
  • Availability to work full-time on-site in Tulsa for the duration of the contract assignment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Pay Range: $65.00 - $78.94 Hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
