Qualifications and Responsibilities for ERP IT Project Manager:

• Seeking an experienced IS Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through business and platform software implementation projects, including ERP/WMS solutions such as SAP, Catalyst, HighJump, and Salesforce.
• This role oversees scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality, while managing both internal resources and vendor contracts.
• Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder communication, change management, performance tracking, and ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
• The position also requires mentoring team members, enforcing project standards, resolving conflicts, and driving continuous improvement.
• Candidates should have at least 7 years of project management experience, strong Microsoft Project skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Up to 25% travel is required.
