  • Location: Columbia South Carolina 29223 (Partial Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and as needed.)
    Role is Onsite /Must be a US Citizen

Required Experience: 7 years of IT experience to include experience developing test plans and/or test matrices.

Required Technologies: 

Knowledge of JAVA, WebSphere, Windows, and other middleware platforms. Knowledge of DB2, SQL, Oracle, IMS, and VSAM.
Skilled in whitebox testing, integration testing
Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Nice To Have: - Selenium - Puppeteer - Appium - The preferred candidate should have experience testing Web applications.

Day to Day: Excellent project planning, organization, and management skills. Thorough understanding of data processing terminology, operations, and architecture utilized in debugging application/environmental problems. Thorough understanding of systems migration processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skill in testing data creation and manipulation. Ability to understand functional connections between applications. Ability to utilize test requirements, specifications, diagrams, logic functions, etc. Provide service for multiple clients, including onsite service where needed. Make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities. Track quality assurance metrics.

Soft Skills: Team oriented Effective communication Flexible (being able to adapt), and detail orientated

The Team: The position holds a critical role in the application development process; testing new or modified applications to make sure they will work in the client’s operating environment. Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.

Required Skills and Abilities: Strong analysis skills. Skill in testing data creation and manipulation. Thorough understanding of data processing terminology, operations, and architecture utilized in debugging application/environmental problems. Skill in negotiation and/or Influencing business or technical partners. Ability to write complex test cases/scripts. Excellent communication skills. Ability to document complex problems and assist in their resolution. Ability to understand functional connections between applications. Ability to utilize test requirements, specifications, diagrams, logic functions, etc.
