Job Details
Job Description:
Requiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud Architect who has more than 15+ years of experience of building solutions for clients especially in staffing industry and understands middle office operations. Architect should be able to drive discussions with client and be well versed with configurations. Should have a good understanding of Core HR, Time & labor, Payroll & PaaS customizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing Payroll and Parallel testing.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their HR and workforce management requirements.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Design and architect Oracle HCM solutions based on business requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to the implementation team.
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of the Oracle HCM solution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Should have at least 3 Implementation experience in HCM, Absences and Time and Labor
Must have worked on at least 4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM projects
Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation
Should have very good knowledge of Legal and Business needs of US
Should understand the interactions with dependent modules like Absence, OTL, Benefits and Compensation in Implementing Payroll.
Experience in Implementing Absence and Compensation will be desired.
Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
Knowledge of Healthcare and Staffing is a plus
