Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SD Consultant with deep expertise in Variant Configuration (VC) to join our on-site team in Illinois. The consultant will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SD solutions aligned with complex business requirements, ensuring seamless integration across modules and smooth end-user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end configuration and implementation of SAP SD with Variant Configuration (VC).
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design scalable solutions.
- Manage sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery configurations.
- Ensure smooth integration with MM, PP, and FICO modules.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and support go-live activities.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning within SD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end business process alignment.
- Prepare detailed documentation and maintain configuration standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP SD with at least 2 full-cycle implementations involving Variant Configuration.
- Strong understanding of sales order management, pricing procedures, and material determination.
- Hands-on experience with complex configurable products and dependencies.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA environments preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
