iOS Developer (Senior)

We have an immediate long-term contract opportunity for an iOS Developer to work onsite 5 days/week in Columbus, OH.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on iOS development experience with expertise in:

    • Languages: Swift, Objective-C

    • Tools: Xcode, SPM (Swift Package Manager)

    • Methodologies: Agile/Scrum

    • Testing: Unit tests, automation, debugging (emulators/devices)

    • App Store: Experience publishing/maintaining apps in Apple's App Store

  • Strong background in mobile frameworks and component-based architecture

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

  • Experience with mobile application profiling (memory, thread, heap analysis)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance iOS applications using Swift/Objective-C

  • Ensure code quality through best practices and peer reviews

  • Collaborate with teams to resolve production issues/crashes

  • Conduct mobile testing (unit, automation) and performance optimization

  • Work with large codebases and shared libraries

  • Contribute to technical design decisions with minimal oversight

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Cloud-native development experience

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

  • Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native)

  • Experience with AI/ML integration in mobile apps
