Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support our enterprise IT processes and strategic goals. A valid ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow best practices, including scripting, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
Create and maintain documentation, including technical designs, process flows, and user guides.
Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and enhancements.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Monitor platform performance and conduct regular system health checks and upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including custom applications and core modules (especially ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM).
Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), ServiceNow Studio, and Flow Designer.
Deep understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
Hands-on experience with ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
Experience with IT Asset Management, including Hardware and Software Asset lifecycle.
Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server configuration, and automated workflows.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional ServiceNow certifications.
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Service Portal, or HRSD.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
