Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support our enterprise IT processes and strategic goals. A valid ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.




Key Responsibilities:




  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.




  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow best practices, including scripting, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.




  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.




  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems.




  • Create and maintain documentation, including technical designs, process flows, and user guides.




  • Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and enhancements.




  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.




  • Monitor platform performance and conduct regular system health checks and upgrades.






Required Qualifications:




  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including custom applications and core modules (especially ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM).




  • Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), ServiceNow Studio, and Flow Designer.




  • Deep understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).




  • Hands-on experience with ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.




  • Experience with IT Asset Management, including Hardware and Software Asset lifecycle.




  • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.




  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server configuration, and automated workflows.




  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.






Preferred Qualifications:




  • Additional ServiceNow certifications.




  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Service Portal, or HRSD.




  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).




  • Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
