Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder. The role involves building scalable Salesforce solutions for a leading pharmaceutical client, focusing on Experience Cloud and optionally Health Cloud/Life Sciences Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows

  • Build and maintain LWR Experience Cloud sites and Mobile Publisher apps with third-party integrations

  • Apply Salesforce security best practices (sharing rules, role hierarchies, guest user access)

  • Analyze business needs and convert them into technical solutions

  • Collaborate on technical architecture and system design

  • Follow CI/CD, version control, and Salesforce DevOps best practices

  • Troubleshoot complex technical and performance issues

Technical Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

  • Advanced proficiency in Flow Builder record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows

  • Expert in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Experience with Experience Cloud customization and access management

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD tools

  • Familiarity with Salesforce REST API integrations and MuleSoft

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CMS or Adobe CMS

  • Exposure to Mobile Publisher deployments

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
