Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Business Process Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment
This role will support Credit Operations with identifying and designing process improvements that enhance customer experience, reduce risk, increase productivity, and minimize cost of operations. Position will support Credit Operations in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all departments and lines of business. This position will support Credit Operations areas for Canada, U.S., and NASC.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze end to end commercial lending processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or simplification.
Develop and maintain process documentation and KPIs
Collaborate with business leaders, credit risk, technology, and operations teams to align process improvements with strategic goals
Facilitate working sessions to gather input, validate findings, and drive consensus.
Develop process maps, workflows, and business requirements
Assist in the development and documentation of instructional training documents
Identify issues and risk for business and IT
Skills
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
Strong facilitation skills to manage business process workshops
Ability to capture and document detailed business requirements
Ability to develop instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
Ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to adjust communication to accommodate diverse audiences
Ability to coordinate and track tasks with multiple departments
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Education requirements
HS diploma or equivalent
1-3 year experience in a similar capacity
3 years overall business experience
