Job Title: Software Developer (C# & Delphi) Senior
Location: Hybrid 2 Days a week onsite in West Palm Beach or Miami Office

Representing an esteemed client in multimodal logistics, you ll maintain mission-critical Delphi systems and deliver new services in C#/.NET modernization with minimal risk.
Responsibilities
- Stabilize, extend, and document core Delphi applications.
- Deliver new LOB features/services in C#/.NET.
- Implement secure auth flows and service-to-service patterns.
- Improve performance/reliability; write support runbooks and notes.
- Collaborate on data exchange with integration engineers.
- Contribute to reviews, tests, and safe, incremental modernization.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional development, including substantial Delphi expertise.
- Strong C#/.NET experience shipping production features/services.
- OOP/design patterns and secure coding practices in real systems.
- REST/JSON/XML integrations and production support experience.
- Comfortable navigating legacy code while reducing risk.
Preferred Experience
- Logistics/transport workflows and partner/carrier integrations.
- Epicor (EDI), Descartes, or similar logistics platforms.
- Manifest data quality improvements and exception workflows.
