Sr IT Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects within a thriving organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams and drive impactful IT outcomes for a new product launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects through all phases, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs while managing risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Contribute to improving project management methodologies and best practices.

Skills

• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, with budgets exceeding $1M.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Ability to navigate and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Solid understanding of IT development lifecycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Experience in the medical device or regulated industries.
• Advanced financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
• Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
