Job Details

  • A minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required, with strong domain expertise in banking or financial services.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver technology or business transformation projects in retail, commercial, or investment banking domains.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, operations, and third-party vendors to deliver project milestones.
  • Manage scope, risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Communicate project progress, status updates, and action plans to executive stakeholders and project sponsors.

  • Oversee project documentation including business cases, charters, risk registers, and closure reports.
  • Utilize project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet for planning and tracking.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives like system upgrades (e.g., core banking), digital transformation, or regulatory projects (e.g., GDPR, Dodd-Frank).
