Project: Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation
We are seeking an experienced Oracle P2P Functional Consultant to support an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Purchasing, PO, and Payroll integrations. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and end-user training.
Responsibilities-
Lead requirements gathering workshops with business users.

Configure and support Oracle Cloud P2P modules (Purchasing, PO, Payables, Expenses).

Work on integration of Procurement with Payroll/HRMS systems (contractor payments, reimbursements).

Collaborate with Finance teams on related modules such as GL and AP.

Conduct testing, UAT support, and end-user training.

Document functional designs, test scripts, and configuration details.

5+ years Oracle Functional experience, including 2+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud.

Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud P2P modules (Purchasing, PO).

Hands-on experience with Payroll/HRMS integration.

Knowledge of Payables, Expenses, and General Ledger.

Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.

Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
