IT Operations Manager

Fremont CA Or TX (Hybrid) - Exact location will update as soon as we get information

Key skills - drive scoping/budgeting/status meeting with senior leadership, understanding to IT project / application lifecycle, including DR, backups. Ability to manage projects, active escalation management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, or application environments.

  • Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle, SDLC, and application support models.

  • Hands-on knowledge of DR strategies, backup technologies, monitoring tools, and incident management.

  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to handle simultaneous initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability in active escalation management and decision-making under pressure.

  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks; certifications (ITIL, PMP, etc.) are a plus.
