Someone who lives on the East Coast who can go to NJ for an occasional meeting-other than that the position is remote.
$200-300/year plus benefits
We re looking for a hands-on technology leader to drive software strategy, delivery, and team growth. In this role, you ll guide build vs. buy decisions, lead AI and automation initiatives, and oversee full product delivery across the platform. You ll run sprints, manage a small internal team, and direct offshore consulting resources while shaping the future of our engineering function.
Responsibilities:
- Lead software development roadmap, execution, and delivery
- Manage sprints, releases, and cross-functional product work
- Drive AI efforts and modernize the platform
- Oversee and expand the engineering team
- Manage offshore developers and consultants
- Make strategic build vs. buy and platform decisions
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in software development & product delivery
- Strong background in agile, sprints, and SDLC
- Experience with AI/automation initiatives
- Prior leadership of engineering teams and offshore resources
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
