Job Details

Job Title: Network Engineer
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Duration:  (Contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Network Engineer to support network and network security operations, ensure high availability of IT services, and assist with hardware and documentation management while following established service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily network and network security operations to maintain performance and availability

  • Assist with implementation of updates and changes to network and security equipment

  • Monitor network services and report issues using defined processes

  • Support network outages and assist with root cause analysis

  • Track IT hardware orders, including receiving, inventory, tagging, storage, and shipping

  • Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation

  • Follow service management processes to meet SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction
