Experience: 8+ years in solution architecture, with 3+ years working with IBM Watson or similar AI platforms

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Watson Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions using the IBM Watson Product Suite, including Watson Orchestrate, Watson Assistant, and other Watson AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise automation, conversational AI, and orchestration platforms, with a proven track record of driving innovation through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of solutions using IBM Watson products such as:

    • Watson Assistant for building conversational AI interfaces

    • Watson Orchestrate for task automation and workflow orchestration

    • Other relevant Watson tools like Discovery, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Speech-to-Text, etc.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams to align solutions with strategic goals

  • Define architecture patterns and reusable components for cognitive automation

  • Provide technical leadership in evaluating AI/ML models, natural language processing, and integration with backend systems

  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Watson-based solutions

  • Drive POCs (proof-of-concepts) and pilot deployments to validate solution effectiveness

  • Provide best practices and governance for Watson implementations across the enterprise

  • Integrate Watson solutions with tools like Slack, Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow where applicable
