Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Planning:
Forecast future technology needs and make recommendations for acquisitions, upgrades, and new services.
Lead the evaluation and implementation of new hardware, software, and systems.
Participate in college-wide strategic planning and advisory committees.
IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee and Work with Managed Service Provider
Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of all IT systems and services.
Operations and Support:
Manage and direct the daily operations of the IT department, including help desk services, desktop support, instructional technology support
Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards for hardware, software, security, and data management.
Ensure timely and effective technical support for faculty, and staff.
