Description We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Development Manager to oversee the execution and alignment of teams and complex technology projects within our Tech Solutions group. You will play a crucial role in ensuring these initiatives adhere to our strategic vision, acting as the bridge between technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders. This role demands a strong leader with deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to drive successful program delivery. Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of complex technology projects, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
Manage multiple development teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet business needs and technical requirements
Translate technology practices into clear business value propositions.
Cultivate strong business relationships to build trust in technical strategies
Connect technical narratives to business goals for leaders, peers, and direct reports.
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
Provide regular updates on technology advancements, project progress, and key challenges to senior leadership.
Define and visually communicate technical architecture.
Author technical architecture reviews and evaluate architecture decision records.
Actively participate in technical architecture discussions beyond assigned projects.
Refine workflows and development processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce development cycles.
Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure flexibility and Iteration in project execution.
Optimize resource allocation, balancing talent, tools, and budgets to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree from an accredited program and 8 years related professional experience in Information Security required.
- OR High School Diploma/GED and 12 years related professional experience in Information Technology required.
- Previous leadership and/or management experience is preferable.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
- Position requires the ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change.
- Must possess strong project management skills and a strategic perspective.
Strongly preferred:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in technology delivery, including at least 5 years in leadership roles managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions focusing on innovation and scalability.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Deep knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements for technology delivery.
Leadership Skills:
- Exceptional ability to mentor and inspire software development teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing off-shore teams
