Summary:
The purpose of this team is act as orchestrators for NPI programs. team focuses specifically on new product introductions for cloud server rack hardware - this person will primarily be going to be focusing on the compute and storage space
Responsibilities:
- This role will focus on working on AI GPU and contribute to working all across CSCP, along with partner organizations, such as hardware Engineering, business units, data operations, etc.
- For a number of items, whether it be tracking deployment metrics, ensuring that deployments are ready, working with other stakeholders to communicate dates across different systems. It'll be somewhat tactical or operational
- The role will consist of 60-70% of meetings and 30-40% of tactical ad hoc tasks in the beginning, and 70% of executing of tasks and 30% of meetings later on.
- Although program management & data analytics is useful as a secondary experience, the primary need is understanding of supply chain concepts.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience Required: at least 5 overall years of experience in the field. Previous MSFT experience is nice, not necessary.
- A bachelor s degree in engineering and supply chain related degree is required to be eligible for this role.
- The ideal candidate would be someone with a lot of initiative and show almost a process improvement type mindset.
- Cloud server experience would be great. Sig Sigma Certification would be great. A resume that contains quantifiable impact in previous roles. Experience using SQL.
- Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work and feedback from others.
Desired Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years experience with Excel, PowerPoint,etc .
- Minimum 2+ years experience with dashboards, like Tableau Power BI
- Extremely good communication skills, and in building relationships
