Job Details
We are seeking a Product Manager Consultant to support product strategy, planning, and lifecycle management across a portfolio of technical information products and services. This role works closely with Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, internal stakeholders, customers, and agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap across existing and emerging product lines
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including coordination with external research partners
- Lead customer interviews, voice-of-customer activities, and design thinking sessions
- Develop product documentation including business cases, customer insights, and clear requirements for agile development teams
- Collaborate with Digital Services and external suppliers using SAFe agile and occasional waterfall methodologies
- Support prototype and pilot programs and manage full product lifecycle activities
- Assess partnership and licensing opportunities with external publishers
- Participate in industry events, tradeshows, sales meetings, and committee meetings
Preferred Skills
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatPRD) for roadmapping, customer analysis, and requirements writing
- Ability to prepare market and financial analysis, including pricing recommendations
- Familiarity with technical information publishing for engineering-focused markets
- Strong teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
