Job Description:

JOB LOCATION: 1025 Lenox Park Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319

DUTIES: Work with stakeholders to gather and review software requirements and user stories, providing accurate estimates and creating detailed software design specifications. Execute specific development methodologies using various programming languages. Create and execute automated test plans and strategies, collaborating with engineers, architects, and clients to validate test environments, data, and results. Responsible for dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide production application support, troubleshoot configuration and environment issues, and support the software deployment process. Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices using the Spring Boot framework. Utilize Azure cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale microservices, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, and Azure Functions. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, handling data modeling, querying, and performance tuning. Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between microservices and external systems. Utilize Docker to package microservices for deployment. Integrate solutions like Azure Monitor and Application Insights to track microservices' performance and health. Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Work closely with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to meet business requirements and align with the overall system architecture. Debug and resolve issues, providing technical support as needed. Develop new components or update and customize existing ones as per system requirements involved using API design/development, REST, SOA, OOAD, Design patterns, and thorough knowledge of application and software architecture. Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, deploying, and supporting applications. Utilize WSDLs, SOAP, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, Java, and J2EE.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Azure cloud services; Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, and Azure Functions; working with SQL and NoSQL databases; utilizing docker, Azure Monitor and Application Insights; utilizing API design/development, REST, SOA, OOAD, and Design patterns; and utilizing WSDLs, SOAP, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, Java, and J2EE.
