Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities.
2) Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
3) Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
4) Prepare reports and dashboards for internal teams and stakeholders.
5) Support change management and user training initiatives.
6)Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements through testing and validation.
Required Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
2) 0 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
3) Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5) Excellent communication and presentation abilities
