Strong technical skills with VB .NET, .NET MVC with C# (5+ Years)
Technical mastery of JavaScript, KendoUI, JQuery, and Entity Framework (5+ Years)
Demonstrated expertise with SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle (5+ Years)
Analytical and problem-solving skills. Has provided production support to applications post-production (8 Years)
Experience with .NET application and web application design patterns (5 Years)
Application development expertise using .NET MVC with C#; VB.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, C# (5 Years)
Full stack development experience (5 Years)
Experience with Kendo framework(5 Years)
Experience writing clear and concise technical documentation and communication(5 Years)
Documenting technical requirements and design (5 Years)
Requirements analysis (8 Years)
Excellent clear and concise communication skills, written and verbally (8 years)

Responsibilities:
This position will work to support and enhance existing web applications maintained within the Enterprise section
The project is underway and include .NET MVC web applications with heavy use of VB .NET, .NET MVC with C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Kendo UI, Entity Framework and SQL Server components
The person in this position will work closely with the team in designing and developing the front end and server side of the web application
Project duties include requirements analysis, design, front-end and back-end web application development, testing, participation in interactive code reviews, and development using JavaScript, JQuery, Kendo UI, ASP.NET MVC with C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, DB2 and Oracle
Expectations for this position are development of quality code, following coding standards, participation in active code reviews, sharing expertise, respectful communication, transparency, technical documentation, and the ability to perform production support
The developer may work on other projects as needed
The candidate should be able to work independently and know when to ask for help
The intermediate level .NET Web Developer designs, develops, and implements web-based applications using .NET framework to support business requirements
Includes the use of related development technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, .NET CORE and supported programming languages (e.g. C#, C++, bootstrap) and scripting languages (e.g. TypeScript, JavaScript)
Performs development of front-end and back-end development of web applications and web API's (webservices)
Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates documentation, and performs application coding and testing
Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Can perform with limited supervision, code is reviewed by team
May review junior developer's code

Additional Details:
Candidate MUST be physically located in the United States. International candidates/phone numbers will not be accepted.
Candidate must be available to perform all work during the Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am - 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager)

This is a 90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Wisconsin based candidates only (or those willing to relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days of the start date). Candidates that are NOT located in Wisconsin or not willing to relocate within that timeframe will not be considered and should not be submitted. All work must be done in Wisconsin. This is a true new need.
