Job: ERP Technical Implementation Specialist Contract Duration: July 1, 2025 June 30, 2027 Schedule: ~20 hours/week (flexible depending on workload and project needs) Location: Hybrid Onsite in Denver, CO metro

Currently seeking qualified candidates for a contracted ERP Technical Implementation Specialist to support our district-wide Workday implementation. This position aligns with the overall project timeline and is expected to span two years to replace PeopleSoft with Workday across HR, Payroll and Financials. The BTS team will be working closely with our business partners to help design, build and test business processes across all functions within these divisions. We will also be partnering with our system integrator/implementor and a third-party to support data migration and conversion activities.


Responsibilities
There are four major workstreams/areas of focus that this role will support:

Data Migration/Conversion (~40% of focus)
- Play a lead role as a technical project manager/coordinator with the overall iterative Extract/ Transform/Load (ETL) process to effectively migrate legacy data from PeopleSoft into each tenant build in Workday. There will be a total of 5 tenant builds for HCM/Payroll and 4 for Financials.
Integration Build (~20% of focus)
- Review integration inventory and participate in integration design sessions with Client
Testing Coordination (~25% of focus)
Managed Services Partner (MSP) Vendor Management (~15% of focus)

Key Qualifications
4+ years in a technical ERP support role, preferably with Workday
Prior experience with at least one data conversion from a legacy system to a SaaS platform (PeopleSoft to Workday preferred)
1+ year supporting data integrations (e.g., API, SFTP, authentication, SQL, ETL); experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, Core Connectors is a plus
2+ years supporting HR, Payroll, and/or Financial business processes

Preferred Skillset
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Business Analyst capabilities: requirements gathering, documentation, issue resolution
Effective collaboration with technical and functional teams, ERP consultants, and vendor partners
Vendor coordination and communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with test strategies and error handling
Project management experience is a plus
