Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to lead change initiatives for a dynamic global organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management, with demonstrated experience on large-scale, high-impact initiatives that span multiple regions. This role requires experience in IT engineering, Finance and Business proficiency in digital workplace platforms such as ServiceNow and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic change management plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders to foster buy-in, gather insights, and manage expectations throughout the change journey.
Communication and Training: Develop and deliver effective communication plans, training programs, and learning materials to support organizational readiness and enable successful change.
Project Support: Work closely with project teams and leadership to identify risks, measure impact, and ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
Digital Platform Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM and SharePoint sites to centralize resources, enhance user engagement, and support change initiatives.
AI Tools and Prompt Engineering: Utilize AI tools and advanced prompt engineering techniques to streamline communication, content development, and other change management functions.
Global Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to ensure a consistent and culturally adaptable approach to change across regions.
