Must have fixed income experience, must be strong in Python or Java, and be able to do onsite hybrid in NYC or Charlotte

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDET with specific experience in the fixed income domain to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing robust automated testing that ensures the quality and reliability of our fixed income trading systems. The ideal candidate brings together strong technical expertise in test automation with deep domain knowledge of fixed income derivatives markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks for our fixed income derivatives trading platforms
• Create and execute API automation tests for trading systems that interact with market data providers, pricing engines, and settlement systems
• Implement BDD testing using Cucumber-based frameworks to ensure business requirements are properly validated
• Develop assertion-based test strategies that verify complex trading logic and risk calculations
• Work directly with Front Office teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases
• Validate financial models and pricing algorithms through automated testing procedures
• Perform thorough regression testing before new releases and ensure continuous integration
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve system quality
