GOOGLE MANAGEMENT ENGINEER
POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Up to 1
24 months remote project with occasional travel to Brooklyn NY
(Traveling expenses are to be included in the pay expectation as we need an all inclusive hourly rate)
Client works 7 hours per day
The Google Management Engineer will support the design, implementation, and operational management of the Google Admin
Console to ensure a secure, scalable, and efficient mobile device management (MDM). This role encompasses the architectural design
of Google device deployments, integration with Google services and on-premises environments, continuous monitoring, log analysis,
and performance optimization to support the organization s device management policies and compliance requirements.
Key duties include:
Design & Deployment: Design and deploy Google management solutions, focusing on security, scalability, and compliance
with organizational policies. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Google Admin architecture,
operational procedures, and best practices.
Monitoring & Analysis: Implement and manage monitoring frameworks for Google services using Log Analytics and other
tools. Analyze operational logs and metrics to identify trends, detect anomalies, and facilitate proactive issue resolution.
Collaboration & Compliance: Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and operations teams to align Google device
deployments with organizational security policies and best practices. Engage in security and compliance audits, providing
necessary documentation and evidence.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging new Google features and capabilities to
enhance device management and security. Conduct regular reviews and updates of Google device deployment strategies to
incorporate evolving technologies and business requirements.
Training & Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions on Google Admin capabilities, best
practices, and operational procedures to enhance team expertise.
Open to candidates who hold any of the following preferred certifications:
Associate Google Workspace Administrator
Professional Machine Learning Engineer
Professional Cloud Security Engineer
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
o 5+ years of experience in Google Admin solutions.
o 5+ years of experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
Skills:
o Proficiency with Google Admin tools.
o Strong communication skills.
o Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality.
