About the Role
As Director of Technology Operations, you'll be the storyteller connecting strategy and technology, turning Walmart's bold, AI-powered content vision into real results.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Item Experience, you'll lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to supercharge Walmart's product shopability and product details pages strategy reinventing how customers shop.
You're a systems thinker and strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity, aligns complex ecosystems, and drives clarity through communication. You'll partner across Walmart and with leading content partners to deliver transformative, customer-first experiences.

- Experience driving cross-functional transformations with measurable business outcomes.
- You have experience managing multiple initiatives at once.
- You've built strategies requiring associative thinking.
- You've leveraged user research and data to understand why strategies do and don't work.
- You have experience translating a vision into decks, strategic requirement documents, and similar.
