Title QA Automation Engineer

Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid

Duration- Long term Contract

Job Summary:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned tasks from initiation to resolution.
  • Proactively seek solutions, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through in a timely and professional manner.
  • Works closely with peer developers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that automated test plans and scripts meet customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours.

Required Qualifications:

General:

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience; analyzing requirements and designing new solutions for application and database components.
  • 5+ years of SQL development.
  • 3+ years of Source Code Repositories like GIT.
  • 3+ years with Gradle.
  • 3+ years of JIRA.
  • 3+ years working with and implementing Agile based delivery.

Test Automation:

  • 5+ years of technology testing: unit, regression, integration, and stress performance testing.
  • 5+ years of Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, and TestNG.
  • 5+ years of Java experience.
  • 3+ years of working with JMeter & Blaze Meter.
  • 3+ years working with JUnit & Mockito.
  • 3+ years of REST API testing.
