Job : QC Analyst with SAP BRIM

Location

  • Mostly Remote

  • Hybrid when required

  • Onsite location: Middletown, PA

  • Candidates must live within 1.5 hours of Middletown, PA

  • Onsite required for PI cycles, SIT, UAT, Showbacks, Go-Live, Hypercare (approx. 1 week/month)

  • Quality Assurance Analyst supporting SAP BRIM billing and revenue systems

  • Responsible for end-to-end testing, defect management, and quality governance

  • Supports UBOS lifecycle phases from SIT through Go-Live and Hypercare

Responsibilities

SDLC & Quality Governance

  • Follow PTC SDLC standards to ensure quality and timely delivery

  • Participate in design reviews and translate requirements into test scenarios

  • Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and scripts

  • Map test cases to requirements using Azure DevOps (ADO)

Test Planning & Execution

  • Execute testing for:

    • SAP BRIM modules (Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, Subscription Billing)

    • Functional, Integration, Regression, End-to-End testing

    • Data migration and financial reconciliation

    • API, interface, middleware integrations (SAP PO/CPI, CRM, pipelines)

    • IVR, backend, hardware, and UAT testing

    • Tolling field devices (card readers, tag scanners)

  • Validate billing, pricing, payment processing, and revenue accounting

Defect Management & Reporting

  • Identify risks, log defects, and provide release recommendations

  • Perform root cause analysis and track quality metrics

  • Create dashboards, reports, and queries in Azure DevOps

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with QA Leads, Scrum Leads, business users, developers, and vendors

  • Review and improve user stories, test cases, and defect documentation

  • Support deployment readiness, cutover, and post go-live activities

General Duties

  • Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Showbacks, Go-Live, and Hypercare

  • Fully document all test artifacts, designs, diagrams, and reports

  • Follow Commission standards, policies, and procedures

  • Work independently and lead QA activities when required

  • Utilize required tools and technologies effectively

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of Quality Assurance / Testing experience

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with SAP BRIM

  • Strong experience testing:

    • Billing, invoicing, payments, FI-CA

    • End-to-end, integration, regression testing

    • Data migration and reconciliation

    • APIs, backend systems, SQL queries, ETL/interfaces

  • Experience with Azure DevOps (test & requirements management)

  • Experience testing enterprise systems: CRM, ERP, financial, tolling applications

  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Highly organized and self-directed

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • 2+ years experience with Dynamics CE testing

  • Experience in enterprise CRM / ERP transformation projects

  • Experience in tolling or transportation domain

  • Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM

  • Experience with financial reconciliation and revenue validation

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

  • Equivalent experience accepted

  • QA, SAP, or ITIL certifications are a plus
