Job Details:

We are seeking a results-driven Director / Lead to take full ownership of a major enterprise transformation initiative in replacing multiple legacy HRMS platforms (e.g., Kronos, others) with a consolidated ADP Lyric solution.

This leader will drive strategy, architecture, execution, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of the new HR technology stack across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of the HRMS consolidation initiative, from roadmap development to successful implementation of ADP Lyric.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams to understand business processes and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Evaluate and phase out legacy systems like Kronos, Oracle HCM, or others, and ensure data integrity and migration into ADP Lyric.
  • Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and data migration strategy aligning with enterprise standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements during transition.
  • Lead system testing, UAT, change management, and go-live readiness.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for project-related technical and business issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership or technical delivery roles.
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise HRMS transformation projects, preferably involving ADP platforms (especially ADP Lyric).
  • Deep understanding of legacy systems such as Kronos, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Strong experience in systems integration, API management, middleware, and data mapping.
  • Excellent project management, vendor management, and change leadership skills.
