Role: SAP SCM Business Analyst

Location: Mountain View CA (Hybrid 3 days in a week)

Duration: Long Term

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Business Analyst to support our procurement, inventory, and logistics functions. This role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC modules relevant to end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for procurement, logistics, and inventory workflows.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications (BRD/FRD) and support SAP technical teams.
• Lead process design, testing (UAT), and deployment for SAP SCM enhancements.
• Analyze master data, material management, vendor records, and transactional flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in procurement, planning, and logistics to ensure alignment with SAP processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SCM transactions and integrations (e.g., EDI, 3PL).

SAP Modules Focus:

• SAP MM (Materials Management): PR/PO, GR/IR, subcontracting, STO, consignment
• SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management): Putaway, picking, bin management (preferred)
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution): Order-to-cash, returns (basic understanding)
• SAP PP (Production Planning): BOMs, work orders (as needed)
• SAP LE (Logistics Execution): Inbound/outbound logistics, shipping
• SAP APO / IBP (nice-to-have): Demand/Supply Planning, MRP
• Integration Experience: IDocs, EDI, 3PL/4PL partners

Qualifications:

• Need Strong SAP SCM BA with Coupa and PLM experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP SCM
• 2+ Years in Coupa integration and PLM experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement and inventory processes
• Experience working in cross-functional teams across supply chain and IT
• Excellent documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication skills
