High-impact leadership role
Lead the end-to-end Canada POS rollout strategy & execution
Assess current deployment, identify gaps, and drive remediation plans
Manage vendor performance, integrations, testing & deployment readiness
Partner directly with Canadian franchisees for alignment & readiness
Oversee POS integrations with payments, digital ordering, loyalty & back-office
Lead communication with U.S. Restaurant Technology leadership
Ensure compliance with PCI, PIPEDA, SOC 2, and enterprise standards
8+ years in technology delivery or large-scale implementation leadership
Strong experience with enterprise POS or store technology (QSR/Retail preferred)
Hands-on understanding of integrations, APIs, cloud, networking & modern engineering
Proven experience managing vendors & multi-market deployments
Excellent communication & executive stakeholder skills
Experience in franchise environments is a plus
