Job Description
Required Skills and Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
At least 4 years of data management, risk management, compliance, legal, regulatory, or operations experience
At least 5 years of Process, Project or Risk Management experience
At least 2 years of Continual Improvement experience

Key skills for contractor role:
Analyzing Data Quality rules based on customer requirements and configuration of rules in Enterprise Platform tools.
Analyzing Data Reconciliation results between source and target system and being able to research what is driving the differences to understand impacts/patterns that may need remediation.
Proficiency in query tools such as SQL, Databricks, Python
Strong Communication Skills - both written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of Process Management experience
3+ years of Project Management experience
3+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams
Process Management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma)
Business Management Process Notation (BPMN) Certification
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

Overview (Business Process Improvement Manager)
As a Process Manager supporting Finance Data Refinery Operations, you will help manage and support various command center processes. Responsibilities will include documenting, monitoring and controlling critical process points as defined by business policies and standards. You will partner closely with a centralized support team to ensure daily processing activities including critical month end processes are executed timely and data is of quality. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders through utilization of our processes to ensure appropriate execution each and every time. You may also lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects.
This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas including multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, challenge the status quo, roll up sleeves and dig in, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate others in delivering flawless execution each day, including any process improvement projects. Knowledge of how to navigate regulatory requirements, as well as the development and management of process controls, will be critical to maintaining a well-managed process.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily/monthly data quality and data reconciliation processes, work with LOB and ENG partners to analyze and remediate recurring issues
Support critical Month End processes- flexible work schedule on BD1-BD5 is needed
Develop and maintain formal process and product documentation, including procedures and process flow diagrams
Validate existing processes and seek opportunities to reduce variation and/or waste in the process
Support team Agile team ceremonies (specifically standup and enhancement meetings)
Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance our data management practices, processes, controls and reporting
Work with team members to develop robust risk management processes
Analyze data and influence others to proactively identify data risks and trends
Consultation and representation of well managed processes, customer experience, and risk management for new intent
Drive product development by partnering with Technology and Intent Owners to achieve desired outcomes or improvements by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions
Collect data and information to provide transparency to senior leadership on the health of the process
Track and resolve process breakdowns, issues and risk events
Design and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
