Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives for a long-term contract position onsite in San Diego, California. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage corporate campaigns from inception to completion while collaborating with diverse teams to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management and marketing leadership, contributing to the success of franchisee operations and high-level digital projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of corporate marketing campaigns, ensuring all tasks are completed from Q& A testing to final delivery.

Facilitate kick-off meetings, coordinate tasks across teams, and oversee copywriting, digital marketing, and project management workflows.

Participate in high-level Google calls to assess project needs and provide strategic direction that aligns with organizational goals.

Collaborate with the design team to prioritize franchisee requests, ensuring content and designs are delivered on schedule.

Review and edit marketing briefs while ensuring content aligns with strategic objectives and deadlines.

Act as the primary account manager for partners, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs effectively.

Provide strategic guidance to teams without engaging in direct copywriting, ensuring all efforts are aligned with project goals.

Balance marketing and project management responsibilities, leading major initiatives while answering team questions and resolving issues.

Utilize tools such as Wrike and Atlassian Jira to manage workflows, track progress, and optimize productivity.

Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within established parameters.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, particularly in marketing campaigns and multi-channel initiatives.
Strong familiarity with tools like Wrike, Atlassian Jira, and other project management platforms.
Expertise in cloud technologies, CRM systems, and ERP solutions.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage franchisee relationships.
Background in strategic marketing and affiliate marketing processes.
Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
