About the Role:
Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Fort Mill, SC
We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master II to support multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working on meaningful projects, and is passionate about Agile delivery, team empowerment, and continuous improvement.
You will be part of an Agile organization that drives portfolio planning, execution, governance, transparency, and value delivery across multiple technology teams.
This position involves guiding 2-3 Agile teams, coaching them on Agile best practices, and ensuring smooth delivery workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Facilitation
- Ensure teams follow standard Agile/Scrum processes while identifying improvement areas.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sizing, demos, and retrospectives.
- Help teams define & uphold Working Agreements, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.
- Support release planning, prioritization, and sequencing of work to ensure efficient delivery.
Team Coaching & Enablement
- Coach teams to higher performance levels through Agile mindset and servant leadership.
- Create a safe, collaborative environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
- Provide visibility into team performance using burndown charts, velocity reports, dashboards, etc.
- Guide teams in commitment-making and ensure sprint goals are met.
Impediment Removal & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Identify and remove impediments; escalate when required and collaborate with leadership for resolution.
- Work closely with Product Owners, peer Scrum Masters, Delivery Coordinators, and Release Train Engineers.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Governance, Reporting & Delivery Management
- Support planning, risk & issue management, stakeholder management, and governance activities.
- Provide metrics to assist in roadmap planning and effective product delivery.
- Ensure backlogs are consistently prioritized and have 3-4 sprints worth of refined work.
- Promote transparency and alignment with business and technology stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor s degree and 4+ years of product or project development experience, OR
3+ years working in an Agile team environment. - Hands-on experience facilitating Agile meetings across various organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Experience in story refinement, estimation, velocity tracking, retrospectives, and delivery planning.
- Demonstrated ability to remove impediments and drive team performance.
