Technical Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an Implementation Technical Advisor (TA) to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a SME for partner questions for the product(s) and services they are integrating with
• Create and maintain integration guides, partner documentation, and integration specifications
• Ensure partners have all the tools to successfully launch their app
• Advises partners on best practices and project timelines
• Empower partners to connect APIs

Required Skills

• Understanding of APIs and API Tools (ex: Postman)
• Ability to act as a consultant between internal systems and external 3rd party partners
• Great communications skills and experience working with and present to large 3rd party partners
• Seek out answers to product questions through the organization
• Previous experience as an Integration and/or Interface consultant
• Familiarity with at least 1 HCM Vertical (Benefits, HR/Payroll, Talent, ERP, etc).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to analyze requirements
• Demonstrates a systematic approach to work, logically solves problems, and addresses opportunities/obstacles with minimal assistance
• Acts as owner and team player
• Work in a global environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Carriers and/or Benefits Administration
• Data mapping, translation, and conversion experience
• Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role
• Previous experience managing partner relationships

Relevant Experience

• 3+ years of configuration and/or product integration experience
• 3+ years in implementation, client services, or other consultative role
• Experience in the HCM and adjacent spaces (Benefits, HR/Payroll, Talent, ERP, etc.)
• Experience with REST APIs, Authentication, and Tools (ex: OAuth, REST, JSON, Postman, etc.)
