Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain CNC programs using SigmaNEST, TruTops Boost, and other programming software.
• Create and interpret 2D/3D designs for various construction projects.
• Operate and manage CNC equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality components.
• Utilize laser, punching, bending, and sheet metal techniques to fabricate parts according to specifications.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the production process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
• Continually evaluate and improve production processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of CNC machining/programming principles
• Proficiency in SigmaNEST, TruTops Boost, and 2D/3D design is preferred.
• Extensive experience with laser, punching, bending, and sheet metal techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
