Location: Remote (Occasional paid travel to Harrisburg, PA)
Contract Length: 12 months
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Certified Scrum Master to lead the Technology Track within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation program. This role is ideal for a hands-on, delivery-focused Scrum Master who thrives in complex transformation environments and can partner closely with technical leads, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes. The position is primarily remote, with occasional paid travel to Harrisburg, PA for key workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Leadership & Delivery Management

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for the Technology Track, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and project governance standards.
  • Remove impediments, manage risks, and proactively address delivery challenges.
  • Maintain sprint metrics, velocity tracking, and transparent reporting to the PMO and program leadership.

S/4HANA Program Support

  • Partner with SAP technical leads, BASIS, security, integration, and data teams to coordinate technical deliverables.
  • Support planning and execution of S/4 technical activities such as environment builds, transports, integrations, cutover readiness, and testing cycles.
  • Ensure alignment between functional, technical, and infrastructure workstreams.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to keep dependencies visible and managed.
