Position Summary:

As an AV Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our audio/visual systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining state-of-the-art equipment, supporting our healthcare professionals and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain audio/visual systems, including projectors, screens, microphones, and speakers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
• Develop and implement Python scripts to automate tasks and streamline troubleshooting processes.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to integrate AV systems with other technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with audio/visual equipment, including troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining.
• Proven experience with at least one of the following: Microflex, Dante, Tesira.
• Prior experience working with Extron products.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for Extron troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
