Overview
This position provides specialized technical leadership during the architecture, design, implementation, and support of assigned data governance systems and applications. Directs decision-making within technical projects to facilitate project planning, scope, and time estimates. Trains less experienced associates and assists management in monitoring team performance. Collaborates with peers, managers, and cross-platform teams to align projects and tasks with wider organizational goals.

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $117,750 to $204,100 per year . This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in technical work in Application Development, Server Administration, Information Security, or Engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in technical work in Application Development, Server Administration, Information Security, or Engineering

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership - Mentors and trains team members. Utilizes expertise in Data Governance (MRA Remediation), Data aggregation, development of CDE's, Data quality rules to provide guidance, feedback, and direction on complex matters.
- Work with the Information Architect to implement changes in the Collibra metadata model based on provided designs.
- Hands-on experience using Collibra, proficiency in configuring workflows and managing data governance processes within the platform.
- Experience with Java, showcasing the ability to leverage the language for custom development and integrations within the Collibra environment.
- Familiarity with Groovy scripting for Collibra automation tasks and API interactions.
- Technical Expertise - Maintains a strong knowledge of Bank technologies, Data Governance processes, MRA Remediation, CDE procedures, Data quality rules, reports and industry standards. Serves as a resource on one or more specialized technologies to management, associates, and cross-platform teams.
