Senior Infor LN/Baan ERP Developer.

Job Overview

• Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA; remote work possible with travel for workshops.
• Role: Senior Infor LN/Baan ERP Developer to support client migration from LN 10.5 to LN 10.7 (Multisite), Independent GAPs, and other projects.

General Duties and Tasks

1. Development:
   • Design and implement scalable, flexible solutions for client migration projects (LN 10.5 to LN 10.7, Multisite, GAPs).
   • Architect solutions based on new requirements or issues, either developing directly or delegating to offshore teams.
   • Provide immediate solutions when necessary.
2. Liaison and Collaboration:
   • Act as a bridge between the client and offshore team to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
   • Work with offshore lead to meet delivery commitments, forecast capacity, and mitigate risks.
3. Code Review and Mentorship:
   • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
   • Mentor junior team members to meet project commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 7+ years in Infor LN/Baan ERP development and enhancements.
  • 2+ years collaborating directly with clients on requirement gathering, solution architecture, and liaising with offshore teams.
• Education:
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge or exposure to at least one of the following Infor products:
  • Factory Track
  • Bartender
  • XI-ION
  • Infor XM
  • Infor SCS Planner
• Experience with Solumina MES application.
• Any technical certification in Infor ERP.

Additional Notes

• The role requires strong technical expertise in Infor LN/Baan ERP, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage offshore teams effectively.
• Candidates with certifications or familiarity with additional Infor products or Solumina MES will have an advantage.
• Travel to San Diego for workshops is mandatory for remote candidates.
