We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our engineering processes and outputs, while working in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This role will work closely with our development manufacturing team and will be the point of contact for customer specifications. This individual will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest level of product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and improve new and existing quality-related activities in the manufacturing process.
• Work closely with the development manufacturing team to ensure quality standards are met.
• Interpret and enforce customer specifications, ensuring all products meet the necessary requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas of inefficiency and proposing effective solutions.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, assisting with problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of product quality.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the engineering industry.
• Proven experience in development manufacturing and interpreting customer specifications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with quality management systems.
