Job Details
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must live within commuting distance of Jersery City, NJ or be willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required. 4 Days working from Office is Mandatory.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 4 years of experience in developing programs/APIs using Python/Pyspark
- At least 4 years of experience in Data Science , ML, NLP, Deep Learning, Transform Models,
- At least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning Model development life cycle, software engineering principles, data engineering principles
- At least 2 years of experience in Vector Databases such as Pinecone and Chroma
- At least 2 years of experience in Generative AI and LLMs, specifically with Mistral, Llama, RAG, and GPT technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ML Ops, Model Monitoring, Performance optimization.
- Experience in Load Balancing, GPU based processing, Performance Optimization
- Experience in developing of API on Azure/Google Cloud Platform/Azure/API Gateways
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools in AI-ML contexts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- High Impact client communication
- Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Capital Markets
